Job Purpose:
Uphold Driver's Village core values- Respect, Communication, Integrity and Innovation. Provide concierge style customer service to new and existing customers, qualify and verify inbound customer calls. Also, answer general questions and make service appointments. Prospect customer needs, as well as set Customer call backs, connect parts calls and answer online requests. Lastly, promote customer satisfaction and continuously promote Driver's Village.

Duties:

  • Schedule appointments by obtaining and verifying information.
  • Provides product/service information by answering questions; offering assistance.
  • Maintains call center database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
